PRESERVING THE PAST
The past is to be respected, and certainly preserved, where buildings are significant examples of well-lived lives; we work with care and sensitivity in historical restoration of this type. We have become experts in the preservation of buildings designed by Frank Lloyd Wright and other architects whose medium is a contemporary expression, because it is a recurrent theme of each era's best understanding of how to live on our planet.
In addition, Wiehle•Carr has also fully restored and created carefully modulated, sensitive additions to structures and landscape of classic 1950s contemporary houses by Harwell Hamilton Harris in Toluca Lake, and Mario Corbett in Pacific Palisades.
